Scaling issues

On one of my monitors, if I full screen the browser, the scaling on the site widens it out a little too much and cuts off the left and right edges of the page. The resolution is 1280 x 1024 (It's old, but it's what I have at the moment). The site is still usable, but edges sometimes get clipped a bit and buttons close to the edge of the screen get lost a little too (the theme color button specifically). Is there a way to force the site to render a little narrower?

Windows 7 32 bit in Chrome.

@kennyshat: Control or Command 0. You have zoomed in with Chrome so you need to set you view back to 100%
