This doesn't happen a lot, but often enough it's starting to become an issue. Basically I start the app, and it shows progress in videos I haven't started watching or even touched at all. This wouldn't be a huge issue, but since there's no way to rewind the video in the app, it makes it annoying to have to reset the video progress on the web or whatever.
The Xbox app keeps saying I've watched unwatched videos.
For some reason this seems to be almost exclusively an issue with the Xbox App; I haven't heard of any other widespread issues with other apps. Have you tried contacting the developer?
Same thing happened to me. I've tried to deduce what's up. Since my account wasn't compromised, I was thinking it could be the code you have to put in from the activation page on the website. Are those reused or is there a finite pool of combinations? From what I remember it was like 4 characters. Maybe more than one account has the same authorization code.
