Have you emailed support? I had the same problem yesterday and letting support know got it fixed within the day.
Yeah I emailed support@giantbomb.com several days ago from the email connected to my main account and have gotten no response as of yet.
Sorry guys, wasn't around this weekend. Both Rushdo and Varnek should be getting password reset emails.
