Unordered list items changed to other items within the same list

The first page of my unordered list was overwritten by entries starting on the fourth page. They continued to be overwritten item by item until the end of my list. Something like, items 1-60 items of my original list were replaced with my lists' items 400 to end of list.

This likely happened while I was deleting items, possibly dupe items on different pages, and saving the page, changing pages, deleting items and then save and finishing. Either way my backlog now has a bunch of games listed twice and the first page are for the most part dupes of later entries.

Update to this: deleted an item on page 4 or 5 and hit save and finish and it deleted some 70 items somewhere near the start of the list and then overwrote the next 70 or so with other items from later in the list. RIP my poor backlog tracker.
