Hello! As the title indicates, I am unable to watch any videos (or have access to any video settings, like quality or streaming method) because neither the video nor the video player interface ever loads (any video on the website).

I am using the latest version of Chrome with Windows 10. I have tried using incognito mode and it produces the same results, including with and without all extensions. However, videos stream fine in Internet Explorer. I have also tried reinstalling Chrome but this did not help at all. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I have the same problem but it eventually works after refreshing a few times. Also Chrome on Windows 10

Not for me. Refreshing fifty times does not change anything.

Sometimes the refreshing doesn't work. I've found that closing the browser completely and waiting a couple minutes seems to work every time.

I started having this error as well today. Here's my debug console.

Clearing my cache seems to have helped, and (for now) videos will load and play properly.

Specifically, I cleared "Cookies and other site and plugin data" and "Cached images and files" within Chrome's settings, under "Clear browsing data"

I had this same issue this morning, but blasting my cache and clearing cookies did resolve the issue.

Huh. I have this exact problem, but clearing my cache did not fix it. Any idea of what is causing the issue?

Edit: nvm, erasing cookies and plugin data fixed it. I accidentally just erased the data for the last hour at first.
