Combine: Chips and Poker Chips

We have two object pages for the same object.

Or we could repurpose the Chips page to talk about fried, thin slices of potato. Then add Crisps as an alias.

But chips are a huge part of GB lore. harder-core ridged or no. It must be repurposed.
