Combine: Jeff van Dyck & "delete"

For some reason, the page formerly called "Jeff Dyck" was marked for deletion, instead of being combined/merged into Jeff Van Dyck.

If it is deleted instead of merged, 26 game credits will be lost.

Hopefully, those game credits will be folded into the Jeff Van Dyck page at the link above, instead of that work being lost unnecessarily.
