Combine: Rapid Racer & Turbo Prop Racing

Rapid Racer (PAL) and Turbo Prop Racing (NTSC-U) are the same game.

The developer studio was Team Soho, and it was first released in Europe, so I'm recommending that Rapid Racer is the entry that should be kept, with Turbo Prop Racing as an alias within it.

Also, the official soundtrack composed by Apollo 440 is titled "Carrera Rapida (Theme From Rapid Racer)", so I guess Rapid Racer is the more official name for it.

We always make the titles the US release if there is one. Also, Rapid Racer is already an alias on the Turbo Prop Racing page, so really the extra content should just be moved over to the Turbo Prop page.
