Currently Svea Rike III and Europa Universalis: Crown of the North have separate pages, but they are the same game (see this Wikipedia entry) - Svea Rike III was it's original name when it was released in Sweden in 2000, but the name was changed to Europa Universalis for the international release in 2003.
Since the Svea Rike III page is empty, and since I think the policy on Giant Bomb is to use the name of the first US release as the page name, the appropriate merge would be to add Svea Rike III as an alias for Europa Universalis: Crown of the North and delete the Svea Rike III page.
