How do you add a new accessory?

I cannot find out how to add a new accessory.  I have over 5000 points, so that should not be a problem.  I am trying to add the rumble pack.  If I am unable to add an accessory, then can someone add the rumble pack for me.

You can't. Only staff can add accessories.

well. then will one of the staff add a rumble pack page.

The accessories section has  been the most neglected part of the site. User should be able to add new ones, or at least propose new ones and have them moderated.

I was just trying to add the "Rumble Pack" from the N64 but i couldn't add anything.  Why can't users add these?  Also, why hasn't the Rumble Pack been added yet?  This was a big deal when it came out.
