Both Pharaoh and Pharaoh Gold have been given their own page. Pharaoh Gold is simply Pharaoh with the Cleopatra expansion included, so I believe Pharaoh Gold should be wrapped into the Pharaoh page.
If the expansion was added with the Pharaoh Gold game, then thats a compilation and deserves its own page!
