Quality and Control on Giant Bomb

Lately I have seen some pages that have wrong information and I have made the effort to correct the errors but I do not know everything. Do you do your part? If so I do have a question for you Duders is Tokka really in all those Ninja turtle games? I played through Turtles in time about a 100 times growing up and I don't remember him in it but I could see someone mistaking him for Slash (which wasn't in the reshell). Can a super TMNT fan confirm this and fix it if needed? As a Duder I want to help the site achieve as near to 100% accuracy as it deserves since it is by far my favorite site to go to about Video games.

I did see a youtube shot of him being a boss in 3 so I guess the only question is this was he in TMNT 1 and 2

Update: I have checked 3 wiki sites and they all say he was in Turtles 3, Turtles in time and re shell only so I am going to make the call and fix it.
