Question about Image Moderation

Wanted to contribute my time to moderating images, I had a few questions:
 
1. are developer watermarks acceptable? IE if a image is watermarked as "NCSOFT, all rights reserved". What about wallpapers with the author's name written on the image?
 
2. Must character images only display the character in question? Can it display multiple characters with the character in the image?

1. It's my understanding that developer watermarks are fine. The images come from the publisher, so it would be impossible to obtain a copy of that image without that watermark on it. Images posted on other sites would display that watermark too, even if they put their own watermark on the image in addition to that.
 
2. It's acceptable to have multiple characters shown in an image. It's a good idea to also add that image to the galleries of other characters prominently displayed in the image.
