Rule clarification: Unlicensed games

I've recently added the new Amiga version of the original Metal Gear to the wiki page. Unfortunately I didn't read the rules until after the fact, which state: No unlicensed games.

The interesting thing about the Amiga version is the fact that a Amiga version was advertised back in the day, but never was released. Now someone ported the decompiled MSX version to the Amiga and released it. Technically it's an unlicensed release based on the original code.

I tried to delete my submission which didn't work due to a bug (?). To my surprise the submission was accepted however.

Now I'm a bit confused. Should the Amiga version be mentioned in the wiki? Should I remove my addition? Should the announce-but-never-released version for the Amiga be a trivia bullet point?

@nopantsninja: We'll keep it if it was an announced version as you say. Any information about it can be described in a section on the wiki page (preferably towards the bottom).
