Anyway to incorporate polls in fourms?

If this has been asked already sorry and lock.

Otherwise, if there a way to incorporate a poll into the forums. There are such forums topics that makes us choose one over the other and it would be more comprehensive to get the overall view if a poll is incorporated in the forums. If its just some HTML code or something I gotta do, then somebody just link me to a template or something. Much Thanks.
