International/Unknow release region

I just tried to create a new release for Trillion: God of Destruction because it's going to be released on steam in November, but I'm not really sure how to set the region(s) for a new release. There is no information about regional availability on the steam page (that I could find) and while I suppose that most releases on steam are identical worldwide, there are some exceptions where release dates or availability differed by region.

How should these releases be handled? Should I just assume that every release on steam is international and create a release for all four regions and hope that somebody will remove the entries if they are incorrect, just create one entry for my own region because it's the only one I can confirm, or are there any additional resources I can use the confirm where a game is released on steam?

just add the typical country initials at the end to check regionally specific steam stores (and prices! also great for checking intl. prices!)

I think the best solution is that we need an international release region, but at the moment I tend to put my own region unless I know for sure the information about other regions as well.

So I went to make use of this and noticed when I try to go to a games page on the UK Steam store it reverts back to the US game page.

@bobafettjm: The country selection isn't saved between page changes but you can add the query string to the game page, e.g.

Please note that you shouldn't be logged in when trying that, otherwise you personal settings are chosen over the country selection.
