Leave notes for users on Wiki page

I think a feature where you can leave notes for all other users on the Wiki page would be a nice addition. Obviously this would not appear when you are simply browsing the page, but when you start editing it can show notes from past editors. For example, "make sure to seperate Sam & Max, instead of Sam&Max" (which is something I just came across in an article). This wasn't done with bad intentions, and so could accidently be done again by the same user who is unawares that how they are writing it is not correct.
