Final Fantasy XIV question

With the new expansion coming out next week, I was thinking of starting FF14. If I buy the current expansion do I get all the previous expansions with it or do I have to buy them Individually?

You can get the Complete Edition for $60, and that comes with everything plus a 30 day time card.

You need the base game, but Shadowbringers includes Heavensward and Stormblood.
