What did you name your driver?

First, I would like to apologise to @gtxforza for stealing their thunder and making the first post-release thread before them.

I jumped into this after work and have spent about 3 hours driving around and this sure is a Horizon game, in a very good way! The tone and mood of the intro is extremely well done, having a lot of fun with what is pretty much more Horizon.

In lieu of thoughtfully made discussion points, I am very curious to know what name everyone else went with for their driver. There's a few names that are tempting but I find myself unable to resist the allure of all the NPCs voice acting "Count Driftula" everytime they come on the phone.

I saw “Sonny Jim” on the list, and my fondness for the 90’s Jumanji compelled me to select it.

I usually use my real name for the creepy factor of the computer lady using it from time to time.

I would personally name my driver Master Chief or Turbo but I will buy this game around 2022 along with Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown.

Edit: For myself, I'm more of a motorsport circuit racing fan these days after I've played Assetto Corsa Competizione, iRacing, Automobilista 2 and the original Assetto Corsa with my racing wheel.

I'm currently playing Horizon 4 and chuckle every time someone calls me Big Boss

I just picked my real name. I didn't really spend much time looking over the list of names. Also, props to them for letting you pick pronouns. Wish they had more than two voices to choices from though.

Commander. This was after a kick of replaying Mass Effect and XCOM Enemy Unknown back in 2018 so I'm bringing it over to FH5.

Abroham Lincoln, because sometimes they use the emphasis on the bro and sometimes they just pronounce it like Abraham.

I went with 'nickname' but now I know that it gets spoken occasionally I will probably change it.

Having the mission lady refer to you as nickname is really dumb.

I appreciate this thread because it just took my name from my account and I didn't realise you could change it until seeing this. Didn't mind it using my name but it didn't really fit the character I created (who was not based on me). I've gone with Big Boss for now, though Spartan is tempting.

I do wonder which data source it pulled from when it defaulted to my real name MICHAEL. I first noticed during voice selection and figured "oh it must be the name of the male voice" when I saw the subtitle but then the other voice also was titled "MICHAEL" (also, only 2 voice options?)

But yeah, I'm a damned furry so once I got my house I switched to WOLF. And yes, I'm eyeballing the wolf howl horn.

Dude was my original Guitar Hero name, and Duder was my Guitar Hero II name (as even more of a dude). So GB stole that from my save file, obviously.
