$25 ....

Alright, the last games I bought were Dark Souls and Battlefield 3 for the 360 back in October/November. I've been going through a stretch of not buying games for a while now. And, right after I S ranked Dark Souls (Yay me), I get a $25 gift card to Amazon. So, I need your help duders..

Consider the fact that I missed almost every major release in the last two years for the 360. Can you suggest to me any games under $25 that might be worth it? I'm looking for a game I could invest a good amount of time into without having to play any multiplayer modes.

I was looking at Dragon Age: Origins, but I heard that I should get it for the PC over the 360. And, I just finished an RPG, I'm not sure if I really want to get invested in another story again.

Warhammer: Space Marine is also a possibility, but I'm not sure the single player is going to be worth it.

SM is a fine game, but if you got that long with so few games it will not last you. I beat it in one or two sittings. If you like Warhammer pick up one of the Dawn of War RTS games. They come in bundles and will last you a long time.

I would say saints row the third but its 28 dollars on amazon. It's one of the few recent games I've put a ton of time into.

I would say Burnout Paradise but it's overpriced on Amazon; guess they ran out and resellers are swooping in.

Just Cause 2 is pretty fun and takes a while to S-Rank. Better on PC visually, but still good on 360.

I believe the demo is still up on XBL if you want to try it.

Oh yeah, I completely forgot to mention the $25 was a birthday gift, I'm planning on buying Darksiders 2 as well with another gift card. So, I could have one deep game (DS 2) and SM at the same time without feeling guilty about it.

So, it's a recommendation for SM then?

The Darkness II is a good game.

buy a code for microsoft points and buy the walking dead. It won't last forever but it's well worth it.

Darkness II is absolutely fantastic and, if you're not worried about length since you've got DS2, I'd say go for this.

My suggestions (assuming you can find them at a price you find reasonable) are Shadows of the Damned , Catherine and Alice Madness Returns.

DarkSiders? That's probably what I would get.

Yep, missed Alan Wake as well. Hell, I even missed Batman: Arkham Aslyum.

Surprised no one mentioned that game.
