A lot of great games go down in price.  So, I was wondering if you guys could give me suggestions of really good $30-ish games.  I was thinking Just Cause 2, because I've always kind of wanted it, but have also been wary of it. Thanks for any suggestions Side Note: I have a PS3 and PC

Edit: I'm downloading the Just Cause 2 demo now to see if it runs on my PC

Just Cause 2 is actually 20 bucks at Gamestop right now. So I would definitely recommend that. Totally worth the 20 bucks.

I don't usually pay more than €30 for my games. Amazon is great for that. I bought Mortal Kombat (9, the latest one) for €30 and Bulletstorm for €25, both for 360 with shipping included. And the Band Hero bundle (guitar, mic and drums) for €50. Should I have wanted something for PC, I would have opted for G2Play. They sell serials (AFAIK, it's completely honest and legal, I've never heard of any issues in that respect), and most of them are redeemable in many online services (EA DLM, Steam, GFWL, etc.), They are tied to your account once you use them, so you don't have to fear any kind of shady reselling of that serial that may prevent you from playing your game online.

If you want something more concrete, I've enjoyed a lot Metro 2033, which happens to be on sale on Steam right now. You can't go wrong with The Orange Box (€14 on Steam), too. And AFAIK, Just Cause is a very good game, much better than the first one. Are you getting it for PS3 or PC? If you have the hardware, go with the PC version. You should give us a better idea of what you have and what you like playing, though.

Edit: Ah, yes. I used euros throughout my whole post. It's the only concrete currency reference I have, sorry. But most of the time, €1 = $1 for video games, so I guess I'm not that far off with the prices I gave you.

I really like any style of game, as long as it's good.  But I'm looking for a game I can sink awhile into, so that's why I think Just Cause 2 would be good.

Uncharted 2 is $30, but unlike me, probably 99% of PS3 owners already have it.
