Same. WindWaker is possibly my favorite looking game ever.

Yep. Still as beautiful as it was when it was released.

Guilty Gear and Streetfighter Alpha still look great, Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast also still looks really pretty.

25 years later and Defender of the Crown still look and sound utterly good (well, actually all of the Cinemaware games look decent even today). That could be said for a lot of Amiga games when I think about it...

It looks terrible playing it on a big screen at standard definition, and there are a lot of blurry textures, but it does look pretty good compared to other games that old.

Actually, 19 years later and Doom still looks good IMO. The pixelated-ness of it is something I can't ever hate

Call Of Duty 1, and especially its expansion United Offensive, 7 years later and they still look great (unlike for example Brothers In Arms which is from the same time)

Maybe I'm crazy but that game still looks fucking fantastic to me. 

Age of Empires II holds up well despite being released over a decade ago, and DEFCON: Everybody Dies still looks pretty great. 
 
It's weird but F-22 Lightning 3 looks awesome for a game that's really old.

8 years old and surprisingly still looks good (not great, but surprisingly okay) is Rise of Nations, which came out May 20, 2003.

8 years later and Wind Waker still looks great.

Almost 10 year's later Luigi's Mansion still looks good.

7 year's later Fable is still holding up.

3 year's later Prince of Persia (2008) still looks fantastic.

5 year's later Okami still looks really good.

9 year's later Starfox Adventures still looks great!!!

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was amazing looking then, and if it came out today, I would not say that it has poor graphics. It even had dynamic water effects, and most games nowadays don't even have that.

@supermonkey122: Metroid Prime DOES look great!

Crysis Half-Life 2 Prince of Persia (2008) Dead Space ...

I still prefer the style of Metal Gear Solid, 1998 over the Twin Snakes remake, 2004. Twin Snakes just made it look super generic and sterile, MGS1 had a look to it.

What do you mean? Even the OP mentions PoP 2008! AND he says one year old games are ok... so for the better or for the worse, that's clearly what the topic is going for.

Chrono Trigger & SoM would get my first votes

I still think that Mirror's Edge looks amazing.

Metal Gear Solid 3 sill looks fantastic to me.

I'll say Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, and Mario Sunshine.

Phoenix Wright, Braid

Dark Chronicle...2004? I think, and that game is still one of the best looking ever made...Looks, sound and gameplay were amazing despite very unimpressive sales.

Wind Waker is basically immortal when it comes to looks

Super Mario World.

Viewtiful Joe, Wind Waker, and Zone of The Enders 2 are the ones that stick out in my mind. 
 
But really, I'm also a sucker for 2D graphics so I think that games like Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger and Super Metroid all still look great, too.

Wind Waker comes to mind, most games that came out on GC.
Baldurs Gate 2 to some degree.

Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders still impresses me. Partially because of all the units that can be on screen at once, partially because it's just so fun.

13 years later Donkey Kong Country still looks good.

Pikmin 2. Just don't go tooooo close to the ground texture....
