Achievements not showing correctly

So like I recently got a lot of achievements that arent showing updated here, but are in the xbox live site. 
 
how does the achivement get pushed? is there like an hour for updates?

They update roughly once a day

So if I get achivements while my xbox isnt connected to xbox live this wont show in the achivements page or recent achievments??
