Assassin's Creed Discovery Streams?

Hey Gamers (tm), I'm putting out a quick call to see if anyone knows about any historians/professors/experts who have streamed the Ubisoft Discovery Tours, or similar style streams? Given how they're mostly accredited as the Assassin's Creed games on youtube and twitch it's hard to find them just by searching on those sites...
