I vote for...
Best Boss Battle Music
Wait, isn't The Battle for Everyone's Souls the regular battle theme? Anyway, I honestly can't pick a single track, simply because there are so many awesome tracks out there.
@H2Oyea: Thanks for reminding me why I love Persona 3.
This may be the weakest Mario game but this music got me fucking pumped every time I fought a boss:
* sigh* You do realize that I listen to shitloads of video game music, right? How can you possibly expect me to pick out a small subset of songs?
How many people delve into the obscure shit? How many people play games like Cocoron, Faria, Valis II, Panzer Bandit, Evil Zone, Romancing SaGa, and a bunch of other games?
What does the obscureness of the titles you play have to do with the music that any game contains?@FluxWaveZ:

New page, I'll post another one I like:
Blue dragon: Eternity. When I first heard this I was dumbfounded by awful singing. But then half and hour later, I was almost singing along. So manly
Xenosaga 3: Hepatica. All three xenosaga games have had great music. But as for why this boss battle song sticks out the most, just listen to it.
I was focusing more on the sheer volume of selections I have compared to a lot of people.
I'll just change the context of my other posts by adding "compared to everybody else" and call it a day.
I still get chills every time I hear this music and the memories of that fateful day flow back. The first time I made it to that boss and this music came on is hands down one of my most memorable moments of ever playing video games. It took so much effort to work my way towards being a high enough level to tackle that boss, and when I finally did it was just such an Epic battle to behold. I remember that whole event being larger then life for me at the time.
God, I nearly shat bricks when I first got to the last boss in that game. Even with the SNES sound chip, this song still sounds frightening and pretty darn epic.
Most memorable one for me:
Usually don't really like Final Fantasy boss themes but this one pumped me up like no other:
