Best fightpads for PS3?

I know that most people will tell me to go get a proper arcade stick, but to tell you the truth I'm really not interested in getting one. I really don't feel like learning to use a stick, something which I've only used a handful of times at arcades, and I don't want to shell out the cash for a good stick like the tournament edition. I know that madcatz put out a 40 dollar fightpad, but are there any other better alternatives?

Standard PS3 controller

I bought a USB Sega Saturn Pad off of ebay after hearing good things about it.
 You can find them for 20 bucks, just make sure they are legit.
 
They are like the old Sega Genesis 6 button controller, which was amazing at the time.
