I’m good with a top-down doom, but I think that art style is a miscalculation. Kinda like that Funco pop Gears game (which I don’t think actually come out.) Smells a bit too much like nerd-bait, but who knows, nerd-bait exists because it works.

This feels like it's missed the boat by about three years, but from what little I know of game dev, that probably tracks.

It looks a bit Gears Pop.

That looks fine but with a trailer like that I'm kinda surprised they went traditional Doom rock and not something sillier.

It's already out on Android. Been playing it for a while now. It's not bad for a mobile game
