Blue, Red and Green names?

Why do some people have Blue, Red or Green names? How do I get them?

The colour of your name is based on your alignment you selected when you signed up, and can change at any time in your preferences. Microsoft is green, Sony is blue, Nintendo is red, PC is white and Neutral is grey.

Speaking of this, I don't even know why I chose green for myself. I mean I do play the most games on my 360 but it's not like I heavily prefer it over the other systems. Maybe I should change it. But I still like the color, makes my name stand out a little more than grey.
