Bungie and Activision split and Bungie is keeping the rights to Destiny. I thought it'd be something of interest to some. With recent news about Activision supposedly wanting to get more money out of it with DLC and/or microtransactions since they felt Destiny 2's sales weren't good, this might be good? I think the greediness of publishers has been, at least from what I've been seeing a lot lately, making games worse (it's been happening for a long time now, but it feels like it's encroaching on games more and more). Yeah, I Googled it for you all. Anyways, how do you all feel about this? Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I'm hoping that this makes it so Bungie does more of what they want, and it allows for them to do what fans really want, rather than what Activision thinks is good just to gain a profit.
