Oh crap. I can recommend LOTS of flash games, but nothing really like that. There's one called Achievement Unlocked that I think was done by the same guy.
Like I said, I can recommend TONS of flash games that are awesome, but my favorite is a game called Gimme Friction Baby. I played it for months and I have it saved as a FLV on my desktop because you never know when Comcast will be a bitch. My high score is 62. You can find it here.
Have you tried Miami Shark yet? It's not a puzzle game, but it's over-the-top, high-action fun. You play the shark who must eat and destroy everything in your path along the coastline.

I should also mention Mateus Skutnik's stuff, all of which you can find here. I recommend the Submachines, Daymare Town, and 10 Gnomes especially. They're all quite relaxed adventure/puzzle games with loads of atmosphere...if you're into that sort of thing.

Any flash game? My suggestion would be to check out Kongregate as they always have a bunch of interesting games and it ties into a greater community. There's also Facebook games to look into and really, anything by PlayFish is great. Flash games also aren't limited to little bite-sized experiences and its very easy to get console-like experience by stepping up to browser games like QuakeLive, InstantAction and FreeRealms.
motherload is the really fun. You drill into the earth to collect resources which you then sell to get better parts so you can drill down farther. It sounds boring but it gets really addicting.

Endless War 3 is pretty fun. Cursor 10 is a...well, pretty awesome puzzle game where you solve puzzles with yourself (ghost cursors). Redstar Fall is another puzzle game, but you have to make the red star fall on a certain ledge by deleting blocks under it and trying to make it not fall off.
I'm not sure if Bowmaster Prelude still works, but it's a damn addicting game when you get into it.
