Now I'm sure most of the audience here understands why this is worrying. The TLDR of the situation is that CNET editorial voted best of CES a product that CBS corporate didn't like and it was handed down that this product was not allowed to win. While it's a very complex situation and it does involve lawyers and legal action it's still big wigs telling writers what they can and cannot report or share opinions on. I'll be interested to hear this weeks bombcast to see if there's any comment on this issue as it's a repeat of the situation that led to the creation of Giant Bomb originally.
