Check Out This "Brief Glance" of Dragon Nest!

So in case you guys didn't know, Intern Dan and I (I'm Intern Perry) are going through some of the internet's free to play games and figuring out which ones are worth the bandwidth. This particular Brief Glance involves the Free-to-Play game Dragon Nest, which has sort've a Torchlight/FF Crystal Chronicles vibe. As for the rest of the game, you'll just have to see for yourself! My coworker has been raving about this game for a few weeks now and is trying to get everyone in our store to start playing it.

@TheGreatGuero: Yeah it didn't look that bad. There's so many games coming out that I probably won't have time to play it myself, but it definitely looks better than I expected.

My buddy showed me this game a few weeks ago while we were working on getting my desktop up and running again, along with Requiem and Age of Conan Unchained. I was pretty impressed with Dragon Nest, particularly because it has a lot of the same elements as DDO but mixed with a more action-based combat setup.

Cool to see that you did a look at it. There are a ton of fantastic F2P games out there. You just gotta do some digging.

The problem with this game is that, like Rusty Hearts, its gameplay is far too simplistic and it's far too instance heavy.
