We're Back!
Ok, you all know the drill. Post any game you'd recommend we check out below. Posting the game name in its own line makes things easier to read and count when we're looking over the posts.
Thanks!
Vinny

THE NEVERHOOD
Do it for the clay.Neverhood wiki
You are on the space station Icarus that is slowly crashing into the sun, president is inboard and so is an assassin, there is mysterious disease going around and alien signal has been found. You have to interact with 50+ npcs to save the day. Features a dialog system that allows you to make custom sentences. For example you can tell somebody that "Larry from engineering has the medical scanner" even if that is not true and you can say it with certain emotion (ranging from angry to happy). Really unique game, but for a reason.
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1
these games recently-ish came out on Steam, seem to be frequently on sale. Since he is a seasoned professional of the game criticism trade, I'd very much like to hear @alex's opinion about the land of "GameIndustri"
Terra Nova: Strike Force Centauri
It has bad FMV, power armor, and some of the earliest squad-based combat on the PC. And much like everything Looking Glass put out at the time, it was years ahead of its time and a commercial flop. It was also on sale for $2 on GOG the other day.
X-Files FMV adventure game, my man.

I second Sentient.
Gex 3: Deep Cover Gecko.
The far-superior English VA would be preferred, but I'm sure you guys would still get plenty of jollies from Shit Mountain and a lizard trying to fuck a human woman.
Running with Rifles
A great (relatively) hidden gem on Steam. It's Cannon Fodder with modern King-of-the-Hill leanings. I love it!
@charlie_victor_bravo:I second this.
@hypnotoadbrwowrowrow: And this. (pretty sure we're biased though)

I second Sentient.
I 3hird Sentient.
Bit more Sentient hype:
You can interact also with various station system. For example if you think that problem might be that people are breathing air, you can turn the air off.
Sentient has a map of the station but it can be only acceded trough "Suzie"-terminals (Icarus's intranet system). You will have to find your way around using rings, octants and decks. Brilliant!
Game also features state-of-the-art Hollywood style CGI-cutscenes!
@dave_tacitus: I fourth Sentient. Bought that game when it was released in '97 and it seemed impenetrable at the time.
@charlie_victor_bravo, you've convinced me that Sentient has the potential to be a hell of a stream. Frankly, it was the fact that Vinny can (and probably will, at some point) turn off vital life support systems.
After unexpectedly seeing my dream of GBEast playing Toonstruck realized, I feel it's only fair to help someone else's seemingly longshot dream come true.
Little Big Adventure 2/Twinsen's Odyssey - You could play the first one, but this one has the better music and a couple of gameplay improvements... and playing the first one really isn't required.
The Curse of Monkey Island - I feel like this game is often overlooked which is a shame since the art style is so amazing, and the game is still funny to this day.
Indiana Jones and The Fate of Atlantis - Still the best Indiana Jones game.
@rotten_avocado: I'm pretty sure I finished it (I certainly blundered through for quite a while) although can't remember much more than feeling that the current tech wasn't quite up to the game's ideas.
Agreed! Pretty sure Vinny mentioned that he just picked it up through Steam sale too. Excellent 4x strategy game.
Endless Legend
I'm still gonna say Sonic '06 until I see Alex play it with all the joy of a sedated funeral attendee.
Pick and choose whatever you guys feel like, any chosen game I'll cross it off the list. Hopefully in 50 or so years this list will be fully crossed.
