Coolest Video Game Weapon/Unit ever?

For weapons, Ol' Painless in Fallout 3 was so much fun, so deadly and useful, not much help with giant radscorpions though.

For units, in Age of empires II there was a cheat that gave you a Cobra car with machine guns in the headlights, which was great fun until an enemy converted the stupid thing and turned it against you. Also, in Men of War, there is the T29, which is the size of a house and has a cannon the size of a telephone pole, two of those coming at you is freaky as hell.

My favourite weapon is either Gravity Guns or the Nail Gun in Crackdown that nailed people to objects, a weapon Killzone 2 has now got.

What I have yet to see is two people wrecking havok with two gravity guns, maybe flanking an enemy, and using the grav gun on him, tearing him in two.

P90 with silencer in CoD4, I just love the way it shoots.

Coolest unit would have to be my current vehicle in Banjo & Kazooie Nuts & Bolts. ;)

Super Gravity Gun from HL2.

So over-powered that the last portions of the game became a cake-walk.

I dig the Railway Rifle from Fallout 3.  Wouldn't say it's my favorite weapon simply because I can't think of enough cool shit to narrow it down to one favorite.

Weapon: Pyro's Flamethrower

Unit: The only RTS games I've ever played are the Warcraft games and I there aren't too many awesome units in those games. If i had to pick I guess the Necromancer from the scourge.

The land-shark gun, from ARMED and DANGEROUS.

Weapon: The goo gun from Unreal Tournament as it made people furious when they were killed by it.

Unit: Tesla Trooper from Red Alert 2.

Favorite weapon would be the gun that sucks out the brains in Turok 2, that was fucking great.

Favorite Unit, would have to be a Hyrdralisk from Starcraft, a huge group of those were awesome for pwning nooblets : )

Buster sword from FFVII, just for it's look.

Unit?  Hmmm.  Probably the Hedgehog from Total Annihilation.

Pandora from DMC4, a demon suitcase with 999 methods of execution. Granted, you only had access to like six different modes in the actual game but that didn't stop me from imagining the other 990+ surprises Pandora had instore. They could put Pandora in every DMC game and reroll it everytime.

Experimental MIRV is awesome, a gun that shoots nukes? Cool! A gun that shoots 8 nukes? Mind blowing!

One of my favorite weapons was the Speargun from the Alien vs Predator game, mainly because it sent them flying to the wall or if you got a headshot their head would fly off and stick to a wall. I'm also a fan of any sticky grenade, those things are just down right fun.

As for unit I'd have to go with the Titans from Age of Mythology

Favorite gun is the Rock-it launcher from fallout 3 because it was very convenient. I could pick up whatever i want and just shoot sombody in the face with it
