Daytona USA - for XBLA?

The rumours have been kicking around for as long as I can remember - but now this has surfaced:

i played the crap out of daytona usa in the arcades and on my saturn but i don't think i'd pay more than $5 now to see that polygonal horse gallop under the slot machine again. Sorry, at thiis point i feel like sega needs to release an AM2 compilation to sell that stuff again.
