Do you want to write a Sunday Bomb Drop
The Friday Bomb drops were a series of articles by Snide (and occasionally Coonce) that he started last year, but stopped over the holiday period and have never started again since. They were a weekly summary of the reviews, the best of the news, and the best of the happenings in the community. Here is a good example of what a Bomb Drop is.
Obviously the staffers are very busy people, so don't always have the time to write them, so now the community is going to write them. Each week one of you fine Giant Bombers will get the chance to write a Friday Bomb Drop that will go up as an article on the front page.
If you want to do one, just post here that you are interested and I'll try to fit you into the schedule. I'll decide who does it based on their activity in the community, sprinkled with a bit of personal favoritism (but I'll try to keep that to a minimum), but everyone who wants to should get a chance to do one sooner or later, so don't worry.
When it's your turn to do one, try to keep it to the same format as usual, starting with an introduction, followed by a bullet pointed Community Section (generally called "The Community is Still a Threat", but feel free to be creative with the name). and PM it to Snide on the saturday or sunday, and he'll add it as an article. Don't worry about the news or reviews, snide will add them.
I think that's everything. I'll update the schedule as time time moves on. Just post here if your interested. I'll PM you asking if you can do a day (I won't schedule too far in advance, maybe 2 or 3 weeks), and once you confirm you can, I'll add it to the schedule. If for some reason your plans change and you can't do it after you agreed to, PM me and I'll change it.
