It frustrates me that the Star Wars wiki just flippantly mentions the spoiler on the KotOR page :(

I kind of know what happens in Catherine now because the GOTY podcasts, but I don't blame them for spoiling it for me. I wouldn't want them to hold anything back when pleading their cases for each game.

There was that jerkoff on here that posted the spoiler for Batman AC in the title regarding Clayface. The whole time I played the game I was hoping he was fucking around, got to the end and he wasn't.

It may not be the best ending but I think I would've appreciated the ending of L.A. Noire more if it wasn't spoiled for me.

I was Gamestop the day after I bought Portal 2 when I heard the clerk loudly explaining the end of Portal 2. At first, I thought she was just kidding because it was so crazy, but when I actually got to the end of Portal 2 it just kinda ruined it for me. What kind of terrible person would loudly let everyone know about the end of a game that came about a week before!?

Another one, while not really spoiler-y, would pretty be how every awesome thing in Uncharted 3 was in all the advertising for the game. I mean every part where I would have said "Wow!" was replaced by "I saw this in a commercial or the E3 demo." The game was still great but I didn't have the same amazement like when I played Uncharted 2.

Jeff told me a lot more about Saint's Row: The Third then I am comfortable with.

Some jackass in the comments of a video review for Red Dead Redemption spoiled the ending literally five hours after the game had been released. Either he was a reviewer being an asshole or intentionally rushed through the entire game just to be able to be a dick on the internet. Either way...fuck that guy.

Mass Effect 3. I read those leaked spoilers, and man do they sound really stupid.

Basically nothing you did in the previous games has any real bearing on plot, to the point where it's almost offensive. Also it's all a big chase for a Macguffin that ends in Shepard either destroying all the reapers, controlling them to serve humanity's interests, or joining with them to conquer the galaxy himself. Out of any sort of context, that sounds REALLY DUMB and I hope that they aren't final.

I haven't read a review since reading spoilers in a San Andreas review.

I played Final Fantasy 7 in 2005 and hadn't had it spoiled for me yet. I was talking with a friend at school about it and she was trying not to spoil it for me. Then the next time we were talking about it she thought I was further than I actually was and spoiled it for me by accident. I was about 15 minutes from that part too.

I was pretty mad when Ryan spoiled a part of Heavy Rain (The Trial of the Iguana for those who've played it) but in the end it wasn't that big of a spoiler.

I'm someone who reads through and purposely spoils games for myself before playing (I do the same thing with movies / TV shows). I don't like tension or surprises.

The twist for Shadow of the Colossus got spoiled for me by GamesRadar.

The most recent game to get spoiled for me was Gears of War 3. I was looking up the Gridlock easter egg and the most liked comment was something along the lines of...

Yeah, same here. It was a youtube comment. I don't read youtube comments anymore.

My jackass friend spoiled the origin of the Collectors from Mass Effect 2 for me the day after it came out.
