I just bought my EzCap116 and I'm having problems using it. I have tried rerouting my cables a number of different ways, but I am still unable to get video from my Xbox 360 to my computer. The Audio comes through relatively well, but the video is a black screen. When I hit record, it says "no video signal detected" or something.

I ran from the Xbox Red,White,Yellow cables directly into the EzCap into the computer.  I switched the output on my Xbox 360 between normal and HD, but no changes. I have Audio, but no Video.

I ran into my HD TV with the Blue,Green,Red cables from the Xbox 360. From there, I ran out of the HD TV with my Red,White,Yellow cable into the Capture Card into the computer. Audio, but no video.

The only video signal I've been able to get is from my DVD player, straight into the EzCap. And this video feed was VERY choppy.

What am I doing wrong?  How can I record from my Xbox 360?

My computer is HP Pavilion DV2025nr with Vista. And yes, I am an American.
