Okay. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I need help deciding between Far Cry 3 or NFS: Most Wanted. It'd be on the 360. I've never played Far Cry before and I fucking love the Burnout games. Several of my friends bought Most Wanted, as well. Both games seem great and I'm completely unsure which would be a better buy so I figured 'who better to trust than you motherfuckers?' Help me, I'm choking on indecision and I need the Heimlich of your opinions.

Far Cry 3. Most Wanted is kind of short and overall disappointing.

Unless you are only in it for playing multiplayer with your friends, than Most Wanted is probably the better bet.

Far Cry 3.

If you must get a NFS game, hot pursuit is the best. Man I love hot pursuit.

Definitely Far Cry 3, you could get Hot Pursuit, which some think is better than most wanted, for $20 these days.

Get Most Wanted since your friends are still playing the game and you can start some rivalries.

The multiplayer is great and will keep you entertained. Working through your way up the most wanted list/single player mode will take you a few hours.

Let some time pass and pick up far cry 3 in February when you should see some retail price reductions. At the lower price points you might be able to convince that same group of friends to join in jumping into FC3.

I really enjoyed Far Cry 3, but man I had fun with Most Wanted as well, it's not Burnout: Paradise, but it's pretty close to it, it seems people are quite disappointed with it, which I do not really understand and if you can chat and play the AWESOME multiplayer mode with your friends, I'd pick that game.

Far Cry. Honestly Need For Speed games (And EA games in general) drop to $20 in no time.

You're only going to get more mileage out of Most Wanted if you want to play it for the multiplayer. Far Cry 3 is where it's at.

Go with Far Cry 3. I'm one of the biggest Criterion/Burnout fans you'll ever find, and I was SUPER disappointed by Most Wanted. I went into it expecting to get a ton of play time out of it, and I was back on Forza: Horizon within a week, or two.

Million dollar question here.

In my experience, the quality of game means very little when you have a particular itch you want scratched.

Well if you enjoy shooters then Far Cry 3 has just what you want and lots of freedom to do it. I feel like there would be better racing games out there and if you haven't done so then pick up a copy of Forza Horizon instead of Most Wanted.

@MariachiMacabre: On Amazon, Most Wanted and Far Cry 3 are half-price (or damn close to it) so you can get 2 for the price of 1.
