SrirachaI bought a bottle the other week and I put it on anything. Tastes great, not like vinegar. Paste consistency, doesn't get all over the place.

I'm actually a really big fan of Taco Bell mild hot sauce, the bottled kind. If I'm in the mood for something a bit spicier, the only halfway decent brand I can get is El Tapitio (or something like that).
