Most likely Red Dead Redemption since I really enjoyed the setting and the game mechanics in general. Riding around on a horse gunning people down is really amusing to me. In terms of an open world game that I got the most out of that would have to be Skyrim. I've played that game for well over 100 hours and I could play it today and find something new without having to look too hard. I really enjoy open world games like GTA, Sleeping Dogs, or Saints Row but their all fairly similar in terms of setting and what you do in the games. I think that's why I enjoyed RDR so much as it had all the mechanics I love only in a setting I rarely see in a game. ACIV and Far Cry 3 were both awesome also.
