Favourite Game Moments

Tell me fellow forumners, what are your favourite moments from video game history? The moments that made you smile the biggest, laugh the hardest, or just give you a "fuck yeah" feeling after completing them?
 
For me, its beating any level in Super Meat Boy after about half-way through the game. Also, getting a group of four people together for some Gauntlet: Dark Legends action, hilarity ensues!

One of my favorite moments that wasn't really a "fuck yeah" moment but a "holy shit" moment was the opening to Bioshock, the plane crashing and then you having to descend into this under water world. It blew my mind the first time I experienced it, probably my most favorite moment in any game. Outside of that when I was doing my bad play through of Fallout 3 and I blew up Megaton, I out loud said FUCK YES when that bomb went off.
