Wow, that's a big one, you have to rectify that before that Team Ico game hits....
A little while ago I admitted to you that I had never played a Persona game, but I have recently bought one and two and have just started to play the first.
ICO, Starcraft, Gears of War, GTA, Halo 1 and 2, Fable, Dead Space, Resident Evil (Franchise), Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid (franchise) Final Fantasy 8-11, Fallout (franchise), Resistance (Franchise) Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction.
A lot and the only few I want to play are ICO and FF9.
Everyong goes on about how great Shadow of the Colossus is (though I thought it was called Wanda) and Okami and Ico...... yet I played them and they didn't sell well because they just ain't interesting to play and often really tedious like Okami, great graphics but not fun to play.
Any of the Metal Gear games not on psp. Anything Civilization that wasn't a board game The last three quarters of Beyond Good and Evil. Any of the early Silent Hill games. I feel like I should play Halo, but not really ashamed that I haven't

This really isn't meant to come off as flaming, but you seem to have the most terrible taste in videogames. Between your scorn for those games and your scathing comments on Nintendo classics, compounded with an avatar pic of Zool, I'm curious what you consider great games?

Haha, I wanted to pass comment on the Zool thing also, but choose not to. That game was crap to say the least.
if I recall correctly you had to stop moving in order to turn lol, now that was tedious...which is why it didn't sell well.
I have no games I'm ashamed of not playing. If I haven't played a game then I'll say "ah well, too bad, maybe I'll get it someday." Hell, I have games that some people would be ashamed of owning that I'm not.
I haven't gotten to play all the way through Okami yet. I got about 2 hours in and then never have gotten around to picking it back up. That doesn't mean it's a bad game.

I just bought Boom Blox and could have gotten Okami... I suck, because I've never played Okami.

On the other hand, I've been way too busy to play much of anything that came out last year post-GTA. Aside from Fallout, that is.

Those are just the games I've never even played, I have a list of games I have played, and never finished, no real excuse there. It's up to about 40 games I think. =S I need some money, and a huge amount of time.

I'm still perplexed by people who like Shadow of the Colossus so much. Don't get me wrong, it's a fine game. It's nowhere near as immersive as I found Ico to be though. Is it just that more people played SotC vs Ico? Did the (US) cover art make people pass Ico by?
Is Psychonauts worth playing maybe as an Xbox Original?
Oh, and to everyone who hasn't played Shadow of the Colossus: play it. It is the most beautiful, emotionally moving, intense and epic game that I've ever played and Okami's also a pretty good game, even if you don't like Zelda (I hate the dungeon system in Zelda but I absolutely love Okami).

Their playability hadnothing to do with them selling well Einstein. Do you remember the large and sophisticated ad campaigns for either Okami or Ico? Better question to ask: Did they even have ads?
Granted I'm not an economist, or a number cruncher of any form, but I'm going to go out on a whim and say if people don't know your product exists, they have a tendency of not knowing about said product and thus fail to make a purchase. I know, crazy talk.

Both Clover and Ico's games were very badly promoted in all regions. It' terrible given their outstanding quality.
I have not played any Final Fantasy games except for Final Fantasy III for the SNES. And that was only for a couple of hours before I left my friends house.
I am an avid fan of Dragon Warrior, however. Also, FF13 will most likely be the first game in the Final Fantasy series that I will ever play. Kinda looking forward to it.
Also, I have yet to play any Metal Gear game beside the original one on the NES. MGS4 is a definite purchase for me, but I am cheap, so I may wait a few more months for it to become even cheaper.
Me, too. At this point, I feel I've missed the bus since so much of what fans talk about is the wild plot points. I'm not willing to go back and play those early games just to catch up on a franchise which, according to Kojima, is finished.
