Final Fantasy VII Remake rumor, Famitsu cover?

Hi, I can't read japanese. Does this look authentic to people. Apparently a french website claims to be leaking then next famitsu weekly cover. But is it legit, and what does it say.

If this happens I think I'd jump for joy.

It says "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children II Incoming" in Japanese.  Trust me, I know this Japanese language people speak of.

What's it say about 2009?

oh. Really? But advent children tied everything up pretty well i thought. Does it seem like a movie sequel or a game sequel?

It also says in between all the kanji "VI"...
 
But I would also quess that this is about Advent Children II, even though I would love to see that remake of VII.

The screenshots on the left are all from Advent Children. I really don't get it. Are they really trying to suck that much money from that game?

The picture of Cloud is from a series of pics that were made of the cast of Final Fantasy VII, for the Final Fantasy VII ten year reunion. 
I love Final Fantasy VII, I would be deeply disappointed, although not surprised in the least, that Square has decided to make a sequel to Advent Children instead of a remake. They have consistently gone out of their way to be out-of-touch with their consumers, I see no reason of any new announcement regarding Final Fantasy VII to change their mantra. 
Sadly.

Who cares? not me....

Now a remake of Final Fantasy VI... or a pre- or sequel. Now that would make me tingle with anticipation.
 
Just hope they drop the girlish glossy artstyle one day. Would love if Square would try an artstyle similar to what Capcom did successfully with Street Fighter 4. Doing their 16bit heritage some justice!
 
 
Also - Kefka is the Final Fantasy franchises best villain and damn - we, the audience, love us some joker charcter anytime!
