Flagging reviews??

I really like reading the user reviews. It's always fun to see what different opinions our community has on specific games and why they choose to give a game a bad score or a good one. Anyways, today I just noticed something I haven't noticed before. I am OF COURSE talking about the option to flag user reviews on the site. I thought it was only possible to flag posts, but not reviews. But now a whole new set of actions is knocking on my doorstep! Well, at least one.
  
To the point -- it's unclear to me when to use this function, to flag user reviews. Is it to be used for those occasional reviews one can stumble upon which is such a bad review it can't even technically be qualified as a review? Or is it only to be used for reviews which either insult someone or "hurt" someone? Or maybe we're supposed to use it in completely different situation then said situations? I don't know, but do you?

Also, are there many out there like me who haven't noticed this function before? Or at least only noticed it late in your time here on GB?

It should only be used if the person is advertising something, spamming, etc. You should never flag something just because you disagree with somebody.

Yeah, I know. A review is subjective and I know that. I'm talking about review which are so bad it can't really classify as a review. I'll be happy to PM you an example of what I mean.
