Actually the first time I played this was on the NES, which I didn't own. One of my all-time favorite games and it feels and looks pretty much the same as the NES version.
Sega Mega Drive - ToeJam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron
Although it isn't as highly praised as the first TJ&E game, I enjoyed the simplified gameplay and beautiful graphics the game offered. The game is fun and has many secrets to find. The last time I played through it was a couple of years ago and I don't think it has aged a bit.
Playstation - Final Fantasy VII
This is the game that really made me a gamer. I guess there's nothing else to be said about the game that hasn't already been said.
Game Boy Advance - Final Fantasy IV Advance
I don't actually have more than three GBA games although I got the system when it launched. At that is also the reason, as I didn't enjoy the pitch black screen. Anyway, this was the first time I got to play through FFIV and it's really a fine game. Still, I'm sure I should broaden my GBA collection.
Playstation 2 - Shadow of the Colossus
Choosing my favorite PS2 game was easier than I first thought. This unique is just beautiful and I really liked the controls.
Xbox - Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
I didn't own the game, but had it borrowed from a friend. Great game and after I got it from Steam and played it again, I could see why this game was such a big thing when it was released.
PC - Team Fortress 2
Over 300h and I'm still not bored. 'nuf said.
Nintendo DS - The World Ends With You
DS is easily my favorite platform at the moment. TWEWY was an unique take on the jRPG genre. I'm not saying it's perfect and it's definitely one of those games you either love or hate, but I think it's one of the most memorable game experiences I've had.
