- There are not enough days in May for more games.
Games of May. Choose, but choose wisely GB community.
Played D3 beta for about 2 hours and I have very little desire to play it right when it comes out. Although I have heard they made quite a few changes in the last couple months since I stopped playing so maybe it will surprise me. But I love the Max Payne series and 3 looks amazing so I'm sure it will not disappoint
@BisonHero: I played the beta and soon as I found out what the aiming system was I knew that any non hardcore tactical shooter fan would not enjoy the experience at all.
Nah dude, that games got 400k pre-orders about 5 weeks from release in the US alone. On consoles, it'll do better than Max Payne 3.I like how no one has picked Ghost recon................that game is going to flop HARD.
Attention on this site does not correlate to sales.
Is that really it? Meh, I guess maybe StarHawk but I will probably just stick to my backlog until Lollipop Chainsaw.
Edit: Never mind I just remembered that Resistance Burning Skies comes out at the end of the month. I love me some Resistance.
Edit 2: Also Mortal Kombat for the Vita
If I could only own ONE of these games this year it would be DIABLO 3; cause it's gonna take over my next 3 years.
It makes me sad how many (great) games are coming out in May and I won't be able to enjoy most of them. Even though I think the Game of Thrones game will flop, I wanted to give it a try. Diablo III will probably eat up my entire month, but Ghost Recon & Dragon's Dogma will be staring at me with those longing eyes....
Max Payne 3 might be a purchase later on, and so will Starhawk (maybe). And I never really have gotten into any Blizzard games so I may pass on Diablo 3. I've got enough of a backlog to keep me satisfied, and by then some of these May games will be more affordable for me.
But really, I probably shouldn't buy any more games for a while because I have a HUGE backlog. Like at least 11 shrink-wrapped games sitting on my shelf. But I'm going to keep buying anyway, because I'm an idiot who's loose with his money. Ha ha....sniff...

If I were to get any games coming out in May, which I am not, I would get Max Payne 3. My PC can not run Diablo 3. I would not mind that coming to consoles.
really? pretty sure even a toaster could run Diablo 3
Of all of these, Diablo III is theoretically the only one I would play, and I'm not even sure if I will get that. I may just save my money and spend my May finishing up the half dozen games I have put significant time into but have not finished for multiple reasons... yeah right. Diablo III it is.
My roommate's already paid for Max Payne 3, and I think my brother's buying a copy too, so I'll easily be able to play it at home.
However, if I were picking any other May title, it'd be Diablo III, easy.

@MooseyMcManUh....WET?Max Payne 3. I mean, what other games there let you jump through the air whilst firing two guns (in slow motion)?
I meant games in this poll. Also, no. Why not mention Stranglehold while you're at it?
ill probably get diablo 3 and max payne 3 straight away and pick up game of thrones and dragons dogma when they hit £20 or lower
I'm getting Dragon's Dogma, but I'll wait for reviews. Kingdoms of Amalur had a demo that made me really hyped for the game and I bought it for full price, only to discover the combat and quests don't remain interesting for the duration of the game at all. Capcom knows the action genre a lot better than 38 studios ever did, so hopefully it will work this time. The combat system from the demo seemed dangerously close to amalur's though, with light and heavy attacks and holding the shoulder buttons to activate the face buttons as special attacks, so it's best to be on the safe side.
Diablo 3 and Max payne hold no interest for me. Both are genres I'm not really into, from series I don't have any experience with, and I've gotten enough of looting and shooting.
Dragon's Dogma for me.
If the reviews for GoT are good I might go for that too, but I'd rather read some of the books and watch the show first.
