Okay, i know this is already happening but i would love to see a game that followed the exploits of the colonial marines from Aliens, not from the film, leave the films alone dont attempt to make game/movie tie-ins never works. It would be really cool to not have anything to do the films but instead play a marine in FPS in different missions, perhaps touch upon the pilot race encounter different creatures, NOT Xenomorphs, pilot spaceships and have missions selected for you choose a party to explore. Make the game really non-linear; so you could have a specific path to follow however exploring is an option but you explore at your own risk, use the weapons from the film and different weapons, be cool aswell to have a Bishop unit for advice and have him in your crew as the tech expert. Just make the game a really good, fun FPS that happens to be in the Aliens universe and i know the temptation the run into Xenomorphs is a strong one but we already know what happens (Aliens and AVP 1 and 2). That would be cool, a game like that, so long as it has a decent story thats not a prequel or sequel or any shit like that.
Deus Ex 3. The first Deus Ex taught me that you should always deplete a batteries charge fully before recharging it, and the second Deus Ex taught me that no matter what you do in life, you can always change everything in the last 15 minutes. I need more of these gems of wisdom, Eidos!
I would love to see a sequel to Dead Rising being set in a school. You could nip off to the woodworks department and pick up a few saws and hammers or go to the gym and pick up a baseball bat. Also the controversy surrounding the game would hype it to such epic proportions that it would sell like hot cakes.
Grand Theft Auto: Mushroom Kingdom And a Pokemon game that requires you to do everything in all of the portable RPG's...all combined for the DS at 35 bucks.

This, this right here, this post on this forum, it is a good post. I can't fathom any single other game announcement that would make me squeel in such complete and blissful fanboyish glee as this one. Non Shenmue fans really can't comprehend just how badly we were left hanging on the story. I'm pretty heavily invested in the story, and I need closure. I also need MS to make Shenmue 2 an Xbox Original downloadable, and even work on a version of the first game for XBLM. (I'll feed and pet the damn cat every single day, I swear) Shenmue symbolized the peak of the Dreamcast era, and the peak of gaming for me, personally. Bring it back.
A Dawn of War FPS, I know they have Fire Warrior, but that is not good. So one were you could play an orc, or a space marine, or any of the races in the 40K universe and make it just a war game constantly killing and nuking and fighting an killing it would be frackin' awesome

Oh snap that would be awesome. Definately a good choice for an MMO where perhaps you could play as a Zombie or Human? Could you imagine end game raids? or huge PvP battles?
That or an MMO based in the Warhammer 40k universe, with Warhammer Age of Reckoning gaining popularity i still wish it was the 40k universe instead. Not like there isn't enough fantasy MMO's out at the moment. Plus i don't think there has ever been a seriously good Sci-Fi MMO created, ever.
i guess something along the lines of a new Streets of Rage. updated graphics, but still keeping in the traditional side-scrolling beat-em-up style...this is probably something for an XBL or Virtual Console release though. if something like that were to be released, i doubt it'd be a full-on retail game :\
New Syndicate game - The Syndicate games were fucking awesome, and besides having current-gen visuals, I would love the ability to be able to perform deep customization on your agents, being able to blend into the crowds to avoid police/agent attention and to also take your team online.
New Ghost In The Shell game - Especially since it's Namco-Bandai, these days. It's just a shame Batou or Motoko won't show up in Tekken 6 as secret characters.
A New Bushido Blade.
Smash-TV Remake.
Quake 5 Arena.
New Suda51 game that is related directly, or heavily to Killer7.
As someone mentioned earlier, a new Streets of Rage would be amazing.
System Shock 3. Made by the exact same team who made the second.
A new serious sam, a true sequal to Fallout made by the former Black Isle guys, a new Grim Fandango, and a new (Re)Loaded game because that would be so boss on next gen graphics.
Id like to see a Third Max payne Game rather than the film.
Another idea id like to see after playing Condemned would be a first person game where you realise all the people you've killed during the game were not trying to attack you. Instead that's what you believe because your trying to rationalise your deranged serial killing. It'd provide a novel twist to these kind of games and probably annoy most that play it.
