Actually I did go back today and talk to the manager im on good terms with and basically told him the issue. He was unable to find my Other M preorder, but things got settled over Civ V, and I took my money from my Civ V preorder so I can buy the CE from Best Buy on launch day.
@devosion: I'm glad you were able to get most of your issues squared off and things worked out. I must ask: do you feel the same ire as you did earlier?
