Just one small legal note for you guys.
In most places now - UK, NZ, I thought US as well - Tick boxes to sign to mailing lists and things...
 
Your not allowed to have them pre-ticked, legal stuff  (I am in the web industry and when we make stuff these things are not ticked), you have to "opt in" not "opt out" 
 
Just for reference on the team. So an international site, best to have these unticked.

Being in a Preview state, I'll excuse the site from lacking much of the polish that makes Giant Bomb pleasing.
